About Semi Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine
The welded steel frame is completely enclosed with stainless steel sheet. The doors are provided to operate the machine. The threading and sealing rollers are used for threading and sealing the ROPP cap.
WHY IT IS EASY TO OPERATE :
Manually filled containers are placed on the machine in such a manner that the body and neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head for the threading and sealing. The feeding and unloading of the container is done manually.
THE Features :
- The machine body is covered with the S.S. sheet. The matt finished body
- all contact parts are of S.S.316
- S.S. cladding or hard chrome plating of all exposed parts.

- Adjustable bottle height gauge for the quick setting
- The head movement is handle by the motor
- Quick sealing
- For the different gauges and sizes of the caps the sealing pressure can be set.
- The filling range from 5 ml to 100 ml, with semiautomatic facility.
- Very accurate, ± 1 % accuracy in single dose.
- Depends on the capacity of the bottles, three different speeds are provided.
- Very flexible for the various types of liquids and containers.
- The noise level and power consumption are very low.
- For the different container, no need to change the machine parts.
