About Auger Type Powder Filling Machine

The auger type powder filling machine is an automatic dry powder filling machine. It is used for the filling of dry spices, coffee, milk, saffron powder in the bottles and containers.

HOW TO OPERATE

The flat conveyor belt is moves with the required speed on the turn table. 
The bottles and containers are also move with the conveyor belt, fed through the separate filling head mounted on machine top plate holding of the mechanical/ pneumatic bottle holder. The bottle sensor is used to sense the bottle. The servo motor is used to rotate the things on the auger shaft. The auger fills the desired amount of the powder to the bottle. The mechanical wheel or pneumatic piston rotate and release the first bottle to conveyor. The second bottle also move with first filled bottle, which in turn get filled second time and first bottle moves further for the next operation.

Silent Features:

  • It is a total compact GMP model.
  • The parts which may come in the contact with the powder and rubber stopper, are easily removable for the mandatory sterilization, and made up of the S.S.316.
  • The wastage of the costly powder is totally eliminates by the “no bottle, no fill’ system.
  • The high quality imported gear motor is used is used to drive the conveyor belt.
  • The A.C. frequency drive is used to adjust the machine speed to save the time.
  • The S.S./delrin conveyor belt is used in the machine to avoid sticking of the bottles and containers to conveyor.
  • No need of specific qualification of operator and setting of supporting guide rails due to double or single track bottle movement.
  • There are no chances of bottle transfer, before completion of the filling operation, because of the Mechanical/Pneumatic bottle holding system.
  • Imported gear motor for the conveyor drive
  • A.C. frequency drive for the conveyor drive.
